How does customization work?

The process begins with a personal appointment in our studio or via (video) call. We'll discuss your preferences, the type of leather, the finish, and pricing options.

Based on this conversation, you'll receive a quote with a draft design, material choices, and a detailed schedule. After approval and a 50% deposit, we'll get started.

We'll keep you updated on the progress throughout the process. As soon as your bag is finished, you'll receive a video and images of the final result. We'll then arrange for shipping, or you can pick up your bag at our studio in Vinkeveen, after which the remaining payment will be processed.

The delivery time depends on the design, finish, and availability of materials. We will provide a preliminary schedule during the design meeting.
