Workshop Visual Material

During our workshops, we sometimes take photos and/or videos to give an impression, for example, on our website or social media, of our workshops, the process, and the products made. If you are clearly identifiable in the image and we wish to use this visual material for communication or marketing purposes, we will ask for your verbal consent in advance. This consent is separate from your participation in the workshop. With your consent, we may use the visual material without compensation for, among other things, our website and webshop, social media channels, newsletters, advertisements, print media, and other online and offline promotional and marketing material. You can always withdraw previously given consent for future use by contacting us. From that moment on, we will no longer use or publish the relevant visual material. Where reasonably possible, we will also remove the material from our own online channels. Withdrawal of consent has no retroactive effect on use that occurred lawfully before the withdrawal.

Access, adjust or delete data

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by SA Design and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request for withdrawal of your consent or an objection to the processing of your personal data to info@sa-design.nl. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
