If a product is custom-made, we do our best to make and ship this within the specified working days. If a product unexpectedly has a longer delivery time (for example because a material is not in stock), you will receive a message from us within 1-2 working days after your order. We make these products personally and especially for you, for example bags with
initials or names, and therefore these cannot be exchanged or returned.

This is possible if you return it within the 14-day cooling-off period, in the original packaging and in good, unused condition. Our tip: view our fitting tips for espadrilles before ordering. Then you are sure of the right size!

All our products are made with love and by hand in our workshop. We use natural high-quality materials that have their own inherent characteristics: leather, for example, may have a small imperfection and the reed may be braided more tightly or loosely. That's part of the materials and it also ensures that each product is unique due to the specific properties of the materials. You will therefore find tips for each product for maintenance and care so that your beautiful things remain beautiful for a long time.

We can be reached during office hours by telephone, app, email or our social media. You can also visit us in the Atelier: we think it's fun! On working days we are usually working in the studio during office hours. But sometimes we are on the road or giving a workshop. Our picturesque studio is beautifully situated on a jetty overlooking the Vinkeveense Plassen. Wonderfully quiet with a view of the water. Centrally located and easily accessible by private transport. There is ample parking. The studio is also accessible by water. You can moor directly at the jetty. Just let us know you're coming :)
