Exchanges and returns

Would you like to return or exchange your order for another item/size?

Are you not completely satisfied with your new purchase? A pity of course, but that can happen! Then follow the steps below:

If the order meets the return conditions, we request that you submit your return To be reported 14 days after receipt by sending an email to . Please include the #order number in the subject. Custom-made products, personalized products and products on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

Packing & shipping

Pack the item with the invoice in the original packaging. Please state the reason for return on the invoice. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse return costs. You are responsible for the shipping and any loss or damage, so we advise you to ship with a track & trace code.

Receipt of return & Refund
As soon as we have received the product back, you will receive an email from us with confirmation. If the product meets our return conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account used for payment as soon as possible but within 14 days after we have received the package.

Return conditions

  • The item must be in its original condition with the original label attached.
  • The item must be in new condition.
  • The item must be sent in the original packaging.

We will not accept returns on an item if it is

  • is custom-made, personalized or on sale;
  • has not been registered with us within 14 days of receipt;
  • has been worn or used;
  • is dirty, damaged or stained.
