The gift voucher is valid on all our handmade bags, accessories, and workshops at our studio in Vinkeveen. You can also use this gift card to have a custom product made, such as a leather bag.

How do I receive the gift card?
You will receive a physical gift card, festively packaged in a soft flannel pouch and gift-wrapped. The gift card will be sent as a letterbox package.

How does the amount on the gift card work?
You choose the desired amount when ordering, and you'll receive a confirmation via the webshop. We will neatly handwrite the chosen amount on the voucher. It is always possible to pay extra.

How long is the gift card valid?
The gift voucher is valid for one year after issue.
Are returns or exchanges possible?
Gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned because they are created personally.
