How does customization work?

The process begins with a personal appointment at our workshop or via (video) call. We'll discuss your needs, the options available based on the damage, and the desired level of completion.

Based on this conversation, you'll receive a quote. After you've approved it and received a 50% down payment, we'll get started.

We'll keep you updated on the progress throughout the process. As soon as your repair is complete, you'll receive a video and images of the final result. We'll then arrange shipping, or you can pick up your item at our workshop in Vinkeveen, after which the remaining payment will be processed.

Delivery time in consultation: this depends on the design, finish, and availability of materials. We will provide a preliminary schedule during the initial consultation.
