How do I know when my bag will be delivered?

After placing your order, you'll receive a schedule for your bag from our workshop. This way, you'll know when it will be made and shipped. As soon as your bag is ready, you'll receive an email with a track & trace link so you can follow your order. We estimate it will take 5 business days, but it's often faster.

How can I provide the letters or name for personalization?

Once we receive your order, we'll send you an email asking you to specify the letters you'd like. This way, we can ensure the correct name or initials are printed on your bag. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

What makes this bag special?

This wicker bag is handwoven with craftsmanship. It has adjustable handles, allowing you to carry it in various ways. It's also very easy to use thanks to the leather compartments and leather loops, which you can attach to items like sunglasses or a key ring.

Will my phone fit in the leather compartment?

Yes, both the outer and inner pockets are suitable for larger phones - there is also enough space for keys, for example.

How do I keep the bag looking nice?

Palm leaf is a natural material and is easy to care for – you can simply shake off sand, and dirt can be removed with a damp cloth. Neither palm leaf nor leather likes rain. If your bag does get wet, do not dry it near a heat source, but simply air dry it. Store the bag in a dry place, and use a leather polish on the leather parts if necessary.

Is this wicker bag durable and suitable for everyday use?

This wicker bag is made entirely by hand using natural materials, from the braiding of the wicker strands to the attachment of the leather. Our quality control ensures that no plastic is used in the wicker bags. The leather is sustainably tanned with natural materials and comes from Conceria Maryam in Santa Croce, Tuscany, Italy.

The bag is also sturdily woven, has leather reinforcements and is ideal for shopping, going to work or having lunch.
